Rates are based on 2 people sharing a superior room.
The use of these facilities is on a first come, first served basis. Our team have put measures in place for the use of facilities to be as fair as possible. However, there is no guarantee of availability, and no financial reimbursement will be available for these facilities being unavailable or fully booked.
Check-in to your room is from 3pm on your arrival day. Luggage can be stored in the concierge if required.
All rooms should be vacated by 11am on your departure day and your key returned to the reception desk.
We do not have a single supplement available for this package although we do have a small number of rooms available for three guests. Please contact reservations directly with any enquiries for triple occupancy: reservations@oldthorns.com.
Supplement applies on the steak main course.
This package is available for selected dates between 1st January 2025 – 31st March 2025. All dates are subject to availability. Exclusions apply.
Deposit Policy
To secure your booking, a £70 per room deposit is required. There is no cancellation charge and your deposit is fully refundable should you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before your arrival date. If your booking is cancelled within 24 hours of your stay, or the booking is a No Show, the first night will be charged.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to modify or cancel your booking you may do so with no charge as long as it is 24 hours before your time of check-in (i.e. before 3pm the day prior to arrival). If you do not cancel the booking, cancel within 24 hours of your arrival date, or fail to show for your stay, you will be charged for the first night.
