We are looking for a talented Head Chef, to join our Kitchen team. Reporting to our Executive Chef, the Head Chef will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all kitchen areas. Working closely with the Executive Chef and Senior Chefs, you will be responsible for ensuring that the company standards are delivered, and budgeted profitability are achieved
The Head Chef will be in charge of overseeing all rotas and food ordering for the resort as well as supervising our busy kitchens, where standards are paramount and guest satisfaction is our only goal. Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Overall maintenance of the kitchen department operations at a level in keeping with the standards prescribed
- To supervise and check work carried out by department employees
- Monitor and maintain the quality of food preparation, production, presentation and service ensuring it conforms to costed recipes and agreed standards of production and presentation
- Ensure that the most effective work methods for the Kitchen, Stores and Ancillary areas are used in order to maintain company standards
- Ensure that all food is recycled in strict rotation with specific regard to health considerations and that food wastage is kept to a minimum and logged

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated First Greenkeeper Assistant to join our team of Greenkeepers, who play an important role in ensuring that the golf course is maintained to the highest standard.
This role will involve helping with preparation, maintenance and development of all grass areas, bunkers and tees, maintaining equipment and adhering to all relevant Health & Safety guidelines.
You will need to be a team player, able to work under pressure and have the ability to work well with colleagues and have good communication skills and IT knowledge but full training will be given on our In-house systems.

Working as a commis chef is a great way of getting started in a kitchen; while it’s the most junior culinary role it provides a means of learning a range of key skills on the job. A commis chef prepares food and carries out basic cooking tasks under the supervision of a more senior chef.
A primary objective of the commis chef is to learn and understand how to carry out the basic functions in every section of the kitchen. This gives them the opportunity to experience, consider and value each section with a view to choosing an area where they feel most inspired.
