Our Conference and Meetings area is a purpose-built space housing seven rooms of differing sizes with your meeting in mind. From small syndicate rooms for a few of your colleagues to rooms for larger groups, we are sure to meet your needs. Whether you are looking for a room for interviews, training your team or a space out of the office to generate those future business plans we have a solution for you, with catering, aircon and AV equipment too!

Conferences

Our larger function rooms can cater for up to 500 delegates theatre style and with great catering options, AV equipment and over 150 bedrooms we’ll help make your single day or multiple day conference a success. Your overnight delegates will also get access to our health club facilities including our pool, wellness suite and gym.

Banqueting Dinners

Looking to recognise your staff with a lavish awards ceremony or celebrate a company milestone by getting all your team together? Our glamorous ballrooms host the perfect evening of banqueting, entertainment and fun for the whole team and our large hotel offers plenty of space for overnight stays.

For delegates staying with us things couldn’t be simpler. Rooms are close to where you’ll be hosting your corporate event, meaning there is less time to travel and more time to network, learn and team-build. We are set in 400 acres of picturesque Hampshire countryside and offer you a unique experience all in one place. Conveniently Located

You'll find us located just off the A3, close to the M25 with ample parking for all your delegates and easy to find. We can offer so much more than a traditional corporate venue. Our nearest airport is Gatwick or Heathrow and we are just a 10 minute taxi journey from Liphook train station which is on a direct line from central London.
