Other local attractions, ideal for families, include Birdworld, Go Ape and the Gruffalo trail at Alice Holt Forest which are all just 20 minutes away. Chessington World of Adventures, Thorpe Park and LegoLand are other great day trip options with journey times under an hour.

For an alternative activity, perfect for couples and friends, check out Nightflix outdoor cinema with a movie showing every evening, including some of the latest releases. Nightflix is located less than 5 minutes from Old Thorns.
