I have been in the fitness industry for pretty much my whole working life. Graduating from the University of Kent with a degree in Health & Fitness in 2009, I have gone on to managing health clubs, gyms and owning my own fitness studio specialising in injury rehabilitation. So if you need any tips on how to treat those niggles and pains, come knock on the office door and introduce yourself!
Before becoming a fitness professional, I was a professional dancer. My last performance was in the 2012 London Olympic Closing Ceremony. Thanks to my Dance history, I have a wide knowledge of stretches which makes mobility work and posture correcton my forte with personal training. I have found a new love of weight training and have been including personal weight sessions into my regime.
I come from a very modest, educated and sporting orientated family.
My Dad is a famous swimmer. He was only 17 years old when he broke the national Yugoslavian record in 100metre Butterfly.
I specialised in Boxing, Yoga & Pilates. The classes I teach at Elevation are Functional Fitness, Wednesday 10:15am & Kettlebells on Thursdays 6:30pm.
