Step into your home away from home. Our open plan self-catering apartments perfect for families, equipped with 2 - 3 bedrooms, living area with a TV, dining space and equipped kitchen for you to whip up a storm together or you can choose to enjoy a tasty dinner in one of our restaurants.

2-Bedroom Apartment

Our two-bedroom fully furnished, self-catering apartments offer the perfect accommodation for a family or group of friends to enjoy a relaxing break away and can sleep up to 4 people.

With fantastic facilities including a kitchen and lounge, ensuite bedrooms with TV's, plenty of space to socialise, everything you need, and an unparalleled view over the golf course and the South Downs. You bring the games and snacks, we'll provide amazing accommodation!

Food & Drink

We believe that food is a key part of life, which is why at our hotel and resort, you'll find a range of dining options and experiences that caters for all. From succulent meats and carvery to pancakes and sundaes, our restaurants, bars and café have their own unique feel and menu.

This Break Includes Our Sweet Treat Package

In this break, we've thrown in some delicious sweet treats for the little ones including milk and cookies each day, an Ice Cream each from Oties, and of course, not forgetting the grown-ups, the whole family can enjoy the choice of waffles, pancakes or ice cream sundaes from our onsite cafe Oties. Our sweet treat package includes the following:

Activities

There's no chance of being bored during your Easter family holiday at Old Thorns! With plenty to do at the resort and in the local area, we are sure you will have a great getaway.

Toptracer Range

Play a game together on our Toptracer Range! With a golf club and a bucket of balls, we are sure you'll have a great time taking aim at our Driving Range, our fun interactive fish challenge will keep the kids entertained for the whole session.

Toptracer sessions must be booked in advance to guarantee use. Please be aware that if you have not made a prior booking, bay's may not be immediately available. We recommend that guests arrive to the Pro Shop 15 minutes before their game start for registration.

The fun doesn't stop there! Each child will receive a kids activity pack and crayons to complete during their stay. If you are looking for an adventure activity we think you'll love our treasure hunt exclusively available for our explorers.

As well as being surrounded by the breathtaking South Downs National Park, we also have a range of fantastic activities nearby suitable for all the family. Activate adventure mode at GoApe, meet parrots, penguins and owls at Birdworld, rent bikes and explore Alice Holt or take a trip to the epic Legoland or Chessington!

Use of Facilities

Enjoy complimentary use of Elevation Health Club during your stay with us. This includes full access to our impressive gym, 20m pool and wellness facilities. Please note that our gym and wellness facilities cannot be used by under 16s. Children’s swim times are in place, please ask the reservations team for more information.

Pre-booking is not required for pool and wellness suite use. Hotel guests have access to the pool and wellness suite from check-in on the day of arrival until check-out on the day of departure.

The use of these facilities is on a first come, first served basis. Our team have put measures in place for the use of facilities to be as fair as possible. However, there is no guarantee of availability, and no financial reimbursement will be available for these facilities being unavailable or fully booked.

Check-in Information

Your room will be ready from 3pm so please visit reception after this time to collect your room key.

Departure Information

Your room will need to be vacated by 11am. Your room card should be returned to reception on check-out. Should you wish to store anything after checking out, please inform our reception team.

Deposit and payment info

To secure your booking, a £70 per room deposit is required. There is no cancellation charge and your deposit is fully refundable should you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before your arrival date. If your booking is cancelled within 24 hours of your stay, or the booking is a No Show, the first night will be charged.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel your break

This package/rate qualifies for the 24-Hour cancellation period. Therefore, if you wish to modify or cancel your booking you may do so with no charge as long as it is 24 hours before your time of check-in (i.e. before 3pm the day prior to arrival). If you do not cancel the booking, cancel within 24 hours of your arrival date, or fail to show for your stay, you will be charged for the first night.

Terms and Conditions

Check-in to your apartment is at 3pm on your arrival day. Luggage can be stored in the concierge if required.

Apartments should be vacated by 11am on your departure day and your key returned to the reception desk.
