We invite you to our fabulous New Years' Eve Black Tie Ball, set in our glamorous ballroom, we'll be hosting the best party around to say goodbye to 2024, and we'd love for you to join us. Located in Liphook, just a 30-minute drive from Portsmouth and conveniently located off the a3, we are renowned for our legendary parties and events.
Join us as we welcome the New Year with a night full of glitz and glamour in our ballroom here at Old Thorns Hotel & Resort in Liphook. Our magical venue set in the heart of the countryside comes alive with the festivities. Never experienced an Old Thorns party? You'll have to see it to believe it!
We welcome you with an arrival glass of bubbly and canapes before sitting down to a delicious four-course banquetting dinner cooked by our team of experienced and professional chefs. Expect an array of delights and incredible flavours during your banquetting dinner, finished off with coffee and petit fours.
We'll be putting on fabulous live entertainment throughout the evening including a live band, magician, late-night disco with a DJ, plus we'll be celebrating midnight with a fireworks show!
The dress code for our New Years Ball is strictly black tie. We hope to see you in your finest formal party wear. Think floor-length gowns and suits or tuxedos, dress to impress!
After seeing in the New Year, the ball will end at 1am, there's no need for taxis as we have many rooms for guests to retire to after an evening of celebrations.
