Cardio Zone

Get your heart pumping with a run or ride whilst taking in an impressive view of our golf course! Our cardio area is equipped with the latest Matrix equipment, and our treadmills, cross trainer and bikes even feature around-the-world trails, Netflix and Spotify.

Free Weights Area

With plenty of space and weights, you'll be able to enjoy and smash your weights workout. With a large area, benches, mirrors and a large selection of weights, you'll enjoy what your workout brings here.

Mega Rack

Maximise your training potential with the Matrix double mega rack. Located in the center of the gym, you'll have ample space to test your strength and weightlifting capabilities in this fantastic area.

Resistance Area

Looking to work on your chest, legs, arms or full body? Our Matrix resistance machines offer the perfect solution. Use resistance to increase your strength and target those areas with our focussed machines.


Our Mezzanine level overlooks the whole gym floor and is equipped with mirrors, mats, dumbells and kettlebells for a more private workout. You'll also be able to join some of our fantastic instructor-led classes on this floor.

Spin Studio

Join our team of expert trainers as they guide you through a heart-pumping spinning session in our state-of-the-art spin studio. These classes are designed to enhance your cycling endurance and increase your fitness.

Tennis Court

Unleash your inner Andy Murray and head out to our Tennis Court for a game of tennis or a spot of instructor-led cardio tennis. All health club members have access to our tennis courts at no additional cost, book your tennis session at the Elevation reception.

The Pool & Wellness Suite

Enjoy our crystal clear 20 metre swimming pool and immerse yourself in the sub-tropical bubble pool. Relax in the jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, ice fountain and heated beds, making for the ideal place to unwind after a strenuous workout or to ‘just relax’ after a hard day.
