Strength
Mega Rack
Developed for power training, the Mega Rack helps members get more out of every set and rep. The heavy-duty frame can handle the most rigorous workouts. Great for strength work and body conditioning.
TRX Suspension Trainer
If you want to burn fat, build muscle, develop a strong core and increase mobility, the TRX should be part of your work out programme. Use your bodyweight to increase and decrease the intensity of your workouts.
Functional Trainer
The Functional Trainer provides an all over body work out with multiple options for legs, arms, back, chest and core. It works by utilising motion to provide a natural resistance movement that feels smooth and natural.
Leg Press
The Leg Press isolates the lower body from the upper body during the exercise. This makes it useful for physical rehabilitation as it avoids putting significant stress on the upper body.
Free Weights
The Free Weights area includes several dumbbells, Olympic bars and a smith machine for you to use. You can perform a wide range of exercises, keeping your body guessing and challenging it in different ways.
Cardio
Treadmill & Cross Trainer
These provide a great cardiovascular workout. The machines have numerous settings to control your exercise based on distance, speed, calorie burn and more. Includes the option to connect to Apple or Galaxy watches to track your progress.
Exercise Bike
Riding a stationary bike can help build strength in your legs and lower body, especially if you use a higher resistance. The pedalling action can help strengthen your calves, hamstrings, and quadriceps. Additionally, it can work the muscles in your core, back, and glutes.
Stairmill
The Stairmill provides a great cardio workout that’s easy on your joints. The repetitive step motion helps tone your lower body whilst working your core muscles at the same time.

Freedom Climber
The Freedom Climber is an indoor interactive wall designed to simulate the experience of rock climbing. It has a rotating climbing surface that works muscles and joints in rotational movements.
