We're Changing Our Booking Experience
We’re excited to share that as part of our move to the world-leading hospitality group Accor, our online booking system is being updated to bring you a smoother, more seamless way to plan your stay.
What Does This Mean for You?
You’ll now book hotel stays on the Accor website.
This system has been designed to make reserving your stay quicker and easier, with improved functionality and a more streamlined experience from start to finish.
Bookings for other activities (spa days, tee times, event tickets etc.) will stay the same – this change affects accommodation bookings.
Why the change?
Accor has signed an agreement with Select Group to introduce Mövenpick to the UK for the first time. Due to be unveiled in 2027, the resort will introduce Mövenpick’s signature blend of characterful, generous hospitality to the Old Thorns Estate.
As such we’re able to offer you an enhanced booking journey, with access to a globally trusted platform and even more flexibility when planning your stay.
Already Have a Booking?
Don’t worry—any existing reservations remain fully confirmed and will not be affected by this change.
More details about the transition to Mövenpick will be communicated later this year. We’re open for business and look forward to welcoming you to Old Thorns.
