Enjoy our crystal clear 20 metre swimming pool and immerse yourself in the warm massage sub-tropical bubble pool. Relax in the sauna, steam room, ice fountain and heated beds, making for the ideal place to unwind after a strenuous workout or to ‘just relax’ after a hard day.
The Pool
You can take a dip in our heated, indoor 20 metre swimming pool, which is perfect for a leisurely swim, or relax poolside on one of our loungers. Lane swimming is available during each session if you want to raise your heart rate and we run aqua fitness classes too.
Sauna
Relax in our spacious sauna, sit back and enjoy the heat to find relaxation, reduce stress levels, ease any muscle soreness and joint pain and sweat it out after a long or tiresome day!
Steam Room
Breathe calmly and deeply in our aromatherapy steam room, enjoy the ambient lighting, calming aromas and relax, soothe and unwind whilst forgetting about your worries.
Wellness Area
Take a moment to unwind in our wellness area, a peaceful space to enjoy our relaxation facilities. Enjoy the warmth of the sauna and steam room, dip your feet in our foot spa, or lay back and relax on our hot beds. Or wake up your senses with our ice bucket and fountain. (Available for over 18’s only)
