Golf Break – use of facilities
Enjoy complimentary use of our gym and pool. Please note that our gym and wellness suite cannot be used by under 18s. Children’s swim times are in place.
Pre-booking is not required for pool and wellness suite use. Hotel guests have access to the pool from check-in on the day of arrival until check-out on the day of departure.
The use of these facilities is on a first come, first served basis. Our team have put measures in place for the use of facilities to be as fair as possible. However, there is no guarantee of availability, and no financial reimbursement will be available for these facilities being unavailable or fully booked.

Breakfast is included in this golf break and is served from 7:00am to 10:30am on weekends and 6:30am to 10:00am on weekdays.
Our Full-English breakfast buffet, cooked using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, is the perfect start to your morning. If you fancy something a bit lighter, there is a full continental option, offering pastries, fruits, yoghurts and cereals.
1 – 8 players: A £35 dining allowance per person is included in this leisure break and can be spent on food in the Sports Bar or Kings Restaurant. If you choose to eat in the Kings restaurant a reservation is required. Any additional food and drinks will be charged separately. Allowance cannot be used against purchases made in Oties or breakfast in the Kings Restaurant and must be used in one sitting. No cash value.
9+ guests: A 2-course dinner is included in this golf break and is served from 6:00pm – 9:00pm. Our Carvery menu will be in effect for overnight stays on Sundays. Please note, a supplement may apply for some dishes.
When booking a golf break directly, your room will be ready from 3:00pm so please visit reception after this time to collect your room key.
With golf breaks, your room will need to be vacated by 11:00am. Your room card should be returned to reception on check-out. Should you wish to store anything after checking out, please inform our reception team.
Golf Break Deposit & Payment Policy
If you are book more than six weeks in advance of your arrival date a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit payment of £35 per person is required at the time of booking. Full payment is then required six weeks prior to your arrival date.
If you book within six weeks of your arrival date, full payment will be required at the time of booking. Any deposits or prepayments taken at the time of booking are non-refundable.
20 rooms or less – If you cancel your golf break more than 7 working days in advance the initial deposit of £35 per person will be lost. If you cancel between 7 days and your golf break then the total payment is forfeited.
21 rooms or more – If you cancel your golf break more than 28 working days in advance 50% of the total payment is forfeited. If you cancel between 28 days and your golf break then the total payment is forfeited.
Any alterations to bookings in the form of reduced numbers after the initial deposit has been paid, will incur a loss of the initial deposit only up to 7 working days prior to the event. Any drop-in numbers within 7 working days of the event will result in the total amount still payable. All deposits and payments are non-transferable to other services.
