Enjoy Crisp Woodland Walks

There’s nothing better than the feeling of golden crisp leaves crunching underfoot, and running alongside the resort is the beautiful Shipwright’s Way, a fantastic walking trail.

Take a look at some of our favourite routes in the local area:

Shipwrights Way – Located outside the resort, you can access this walking route from the drive of the hotel. View the full route here. Hogmoor Inclosure – Just a short drive from our hotel, Hogmoor Inclosure has a variety of routes and bike trails, plus a cafe and great outdoor play area.

Alice Holt – Take on the challenge of Go!Ape or go for a stroll through the woodland.

Queen Elizabeth Country Park – Offering great views of Hampshire and part of the South Downs Way, just 20 mins from Old Thorns.

Petersfield Heath – Great for a stroll before heading into Petersfield for a coffee or a spot of shopping!
