We have a licensed Starbucks store on our site and are currently seeking a Trainee Supervisor.
•To provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
•Opening & closing the store
•Checking deliveries, orders and invoices
•Ensuring store is well presented at all times
•To deliver legendary customer service to all customers
•To follow Starbucks operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift
•To act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Starbucks
•To assist with new partner training and to positively reinforce successful performance and give respectful and encouraging coaching as needed
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:
•Previous experience in a similar role although Starbucks training will be provided
•Passionate about delivering the highest standards of customer care
•Great interpersonal skills and excellent standards of spoken English
•Work well as part of a team
