There is nowhere better to ease away the stresses of the day or to get into shape than in the Health Spa at Old Thorns. Take a dip in our heated indoor swimming pool with its floor to ceiling windows, looking over mature gardens and manicured grounds.
Gently unwind in the sauna or steam room, enjoy an invigorating workout in the well equipped gym or play a few sets of tennis. If a little personal indulgence is more your style, top up your tan in our fast tanning solarium or pamper yourself with a massage, body therapy or beauty treatment.
The Health Spa is open from 7am to 10pm weekdays and 7am to 8pm at weekends. We welcome children to use the Health Spa between the hours of 10am and 6pm daily but some restrictions will apply.
Treatments available from 9am until 8pm 7 days a week, subject to availability.
