i-Lipo can target fat reduction in specific problem areas. By positioning the laser pads on the target area such as chin, face, upper arms, abdomen or thighs fat can be broken down and removed specifically from that area. This is a big advantage over diet and exercise which can reduce overall body fat but not shape individual areas.

We have the most up-to-date model with 8 body contour pads and 2 facial pads, most
other operators have the 4 body pad system and therefore cannot target as larger
area in one treatment session or target facial contouring.

Your i-Lipo session is followed by a 20 minute intensive work out on one of our cross-trainers.

How does I LIPO work?

I-Lipo uses 32 advanced lasers to break down the fat at a membrane level. This process does not damage the other surrounding tissue. The treatment results in the breakdown of Triglycerides, which are then processed by the bodies’ natural metabolic processes.

Is it effective?

Independent clinical studies of the I-Lipo system have shown it to be comparable to the results achieved with the conventional invasive liposuction procedure. Some ultrasounds show that reductions in the fat layer of up to 30% can be experienced after just one treatment.

Additionally the non invasive nature means that I-Lipo can be used to treat larger areas (thighs, buttocks etc) and smaller areas (knees, chin).

For each body area the best results are from 8 treatments scheduled for twice a week.

Each session with I Lipo takes about 30 minutes, after this session it is highly recommended to carry out 20-30 minutes of gentle exercise either immediately or within a few hours. This is due to the broken down fat being primed for absorption and the exercise raises the body’s metabolic processes. We have a gym onsite at old thorns with a full range of suitable exercise equipment.

How long will the effects last?

If you keep your exercise and diet in place the effects of I-Lipo will be long lasting. In cases of stubborn local fat deposits occasional treatments may be of benefit.
