Our team of expert Personal Trainers are a great way to reach your health and fitness goals quickly. Our Personal Training is all about you, your goals, your current health and fitness levels and also how you like to excersise.

PT at Elevation is not limited to a few weights and the treadmill. Our team are keen to make it personal, relevant and right for you.

You may find yourself combining the revolutionary benifits of our new climbing wall or going for power walks or jogs around the scenic back trails. It could be that our PT chooses Boot Camp Sessions on the Sports Field or some set lengths in the indoor pool or even a prescription to dance the night away.

Whether you’re looking for added motivation and encouragement to get back into excersise or you’ve decided to aim higher and set yourself a challenge in your personal fitness goals, the Personal Training team are here and ready to work with you.
