Aerobics Studio

We understand that many people prefer classes to gym workouts, all our classes will help you reach all your fitness targets and most are included in our membership package.

Classes are a great social event so why not bring a fellow member or guest with you and come along and make new friends. Don’t forget that you can always finish your chats over a coffee or Frappuccino at our very own Starbucks coffee shop here at Old Thorns Manor Hotel.

Monday            9.15am – Body Conditioning with Vikki

Zumba      

Zumba

A fusion of Latin and international rhythms and easy to follow moves. Ditch the workout and join the party!

Pilates

An exercise system that strengthens the core muscles, improving muscle tone and control, flexibility, co- ordination and postural alignment.

Yoga

Experience mind and body connection through a series of physical postures, breathing exercises and relaxation. Yoga can help reduce stress levels and improve overall health. Coming Soon

Body Conditioning / Step & Tone

A combination class using the Reebok step to burn fat with toning exercises included to help you achieve the result you want. Tone those muscles you didn’t even know you had during this all over body conditioning class. Boost your metabolism and get set to burn body fat.

Swiss Ball

A total body toning class using the Swiss ball. A great workout, especially for that core.

Kranking

If you enjoy spin you’ll love this class. This is a group class format using the Krankcycle machines. A great workout, especially for the upper body.

Legs, Bums & Tums

Tone those areas we love to hate and learn a new variety of new exercises to tone and burn calories for your legs, bums & tums.

Abs

The focus on this class is solely on your abdominals. Tone and burn fat and achieve perfect Abs.

Circuits / Boot Camp Circuits

Increase your metabolism and boost your fitness levels with this all over workout. Complete a structured and varied set of timed exercises all designed to maximise your workout and help you achieve your fitness goals.

Studio Cycling (Advanced/Beginner)

Burn calories and increase your fitness levels. Get the benefits of this indoor cycle workout with this fun and motivational class. The brand new state of the art Livestrong® cycles will also inform you of the distance completed, calories burned and your speed throughout. All levels of fitness catered for with beginner through to elite classes.

Boxercise

Boxing related training is proven as one of the best fitness, toning and calorie burning classes around. Let our highly skilled trainers really boost your workout and take your training to the next level. Get ready to sweat!

Boot Camp

Boot camp is open to anyone who is serious about fitness. This military style class will push your fitness boundaries, help you lose weight, tone and become stronger and fitter.

Hi/Lo Aerobics

A choreographed aerobic class using old school moves. A hi/lo impact class that is fun, energetic and will be sure to get your body moving.

Personal Health and Fitness Training

Our team of expert personal trainers are a great way to help reach your health and fitness goals quickly. Our personal training is all about you, your goals, your current health and fitness levels, and also how you like to exercise. 

Every member is invited to enjoy a free 30-minute personal training taster session. This is an excellent opportunity to understand the benefits of personal training.

PT at Elevation is not just limited to a few weights and the treadmill. Our team is keen to make it personal, make it relevant and make it right for you.

You may find yourself combining the revolutionary benefits of our new climbing wall or going for power walks or jogs around the scenic back trails. It could be that our PT chooses boot camp sessions on the sports field or some set lengths in the indoor pool or even a prescription to dance the night away!

Whether you’re looking for added motivation and encouragement to get back in to exercise or you’ve decided to aim higher and set yourself a challenge in your personal fitness goals, the Personal Training team are here and ready to work with you!
