Old Thorns provides the ideal location for all types of meetings offering everything the modern business demands, combined with the personal service you would expect and a relaxed environment to make your meeting both successful and enjoyable. Whether your preference is for an informal breakfast meeting, an all-day seminar, exhibition or residential conference, we can provide you with a first-class service.
Our luxury conference centre has its own dedicated lounge which services the six conference rooms, all of which have natural daylight, air conditioning and disabled access. There is a self-catering conference cafe offering a wide range of drinks options within the lounge and can provide continuous tea and coffee breaks if required.
In addition, Old Thorns has a number of other meeting rooms located elsewhere in the hotel which can accommodate from 30 to 300 delegates, please see below for room capacities and layouts. We can also tailor other room capacities to suit your needs which are available on request.
